Shipping & Returns


Shipping is shown at checkout:

  • All UK orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING
  • International orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING when order is over £150
  • Tracked and express shipping services are available at additional cost
  • International shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the item/s.


Your ASHANTI EMPRESS item/s will be packaged and ready for dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will always endeavour to send your order ASAP wherever possible and will notify you of any delays.

All items are sent using standard (non-tracked) service with Royal Mail.

Delivery times can vary but usually arrive within the following number of days:

  • UK = 2-3 days
  • Europe = 3-5 days
  • Rest of world = 5-7 days

These delivery times are estimates, occasionally shipping can take up to 2 weeks from date of dispatch to destinations worldwide.

If you would like your item delivered using an express or tracked service we provide these shipping options to you for an additional charge.

If your items are back-ordered or a custom order we will keep you updated as to delivery times along the way.


Custom orders are produced in Ghana so the shipping times and cost are different. We aim to produce and ship a custom order 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. The approximate shipping time from Ghana to destinations worldwide is 2 weeks.


We currently offer standard shipping to most locations globally where we have had demand, however we are happy to arrange international delivery elsewhere if your country is not listed at checkout. Please email us at and we can, in most cases, organise a quote for delivery.

*Please note: orders shipped outside of the UK can be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.


Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please email us at to let us know if a return or refund is required and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to. The below guidelines will always apply:

  • If your ASHANTI EMPRESS item is damaged or faulty then please send it back to us (within 14 days) and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.
  • If you are unhappy with the size of your ASHANTI EMPRESS item, please send it back to us (within 14 days) and we will send you a different size depending on stock availability. If the exact item is not available in your desired size then we will offer you a choice in a different style. We recommend you see our sizing guide before you purchase as customers must pay for postage of the new item if there is a sizing issue.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please send the item back to us within 14 days, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs.

*All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition.

All items should be posted back Recorded Delivery. We hold no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
